To ensure we provide you with the best possible experience,
there are a few things you need to know so as to enjoy your
gift to the maximum potential. Please quote your Gift Voucher
number when phoning to make your appointment. Please bring
your Gift Voucher with you to exchange for your treatment.
This is considered as payment. Please use your gift voucher
before the expiry date, as from that date onwards the gift
voucher is null and void. This also applies if the Gift Voucher
is lost or stolen. Gift Vouchers are non transferable but
can be used to purchase Venustus Products. Please arrive 10
minutes prior to the scheduled time to fill in the consultation
sheet. This allows for total relaxation in the treatment and
ensures you will not loose any part of your appointment time.
OTHER INFORMATION TO KNOW
Venustus will call &/or leave
a message on your answering service to confirm your appointment.
When re-scheduling or cancelling your appointment 24 hours
notice must be given. If you fail to arrive to attend your
appointment or fail to give 24 hours notice, we reserve the
right to charge a 50% cancellation fee. Bookings will need
to be made with a credit card for treatments lasting longer
than one hour, or for friends & partners coming together.
Please arrive prior to the scheduled time to fill in the consultation
sheet, this allows for total relaxation in the treatment and
ensures you will not lose any part of your appointment.
The entire value of the gift voucher must be used in one visit,
with either treatments and/or products.
