the shower/bath) Mix a scoop of Enliven Salts with a capful
of the Serum to exfoliate dead and dehydrated skin cells to
reveal soft smooth legs, then rinse off. 2. Apply a generous
amount of Enliven Foot Mud from the toes up to the thigh,
put your feet up and relax for 10 mins, great for sore aching
legs & feet.3. Rinse off or remove with hot towels then remove
any build-up of dry skin from underneath the foot with the
Venustus Foot File. 5. Apply Aromatic Foot Balm to refresh
and cool your feet & legs.
